Number lookups
Number formatting runs in your browser. When you submit a lookup, the number is sent in a request body to this website, which asks SingleFax’s public contact directory for a match. We do not create a saved lookup history. The number is kept out of this website’s URL and analytics payloads. SingleFax processes the number to answer the lookup; operational logs may retain request metadata under its privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Rybbit for pageviews and a small set of events: lookup outcomes, email compose/copy actions and clicks to SingleFax. Events contain fixed labels, not entered numbers, documents, names or email addresses. Session replay is not used on this website.
Opening SingleFax or email
“Fax this number” includes your selected recipient in the SingleFax link to fill its sending form. Links include campaign tags identifying fax.delivery. A compose-email link opens your email app, with the number in the subject when you choose it after a lookup. Documents sent to send@fax.delivery are handled by SingleFax’s email-to-fax service.
